The Woodstock Festival

The name "Woodstock Festival," originated from the legend of the festival in Woodstock and the atmosphere of the Flower Child era. The event is intended to thank volunteers for their work during the Great Orchestra of Christmas Charity Finale. However, it is also an invitation to have fun together for all those who want to enjoy rock – and not only – music, in the Academy of Fine Arts, Different Zones. The festival is an invitation to have fun together for families, people of all ages, and people with disabilities.

The festival also attracts many foreigners, mostly from Germany, and bands from all over the world are invited. It is one of the safest places in Poland. The festival is completely free for the audience.

Change of name
Pol’and’Rock Festival – a music festival organized by the Foundation of the Great Orchestra of Christmas Charity from money received from sponsors and donations. The name "Woodstock Festival,” according to Jerzy Owsiak, originated from the legend of the festival in Woodstock and the atmosphere of the Flower Child era.
