Lubuskie Regional Tourist Organization "LOTUR" enriches itself with new members
By the decision of the Board of Directors of "LOTUR" we welcome among our members another candidate Services "DER-POL" Grażyna Dereń from Lubiechnia Wielka.
An agro-tourist farm Dereniówka (Lubuskie Voivodeship), the farm's offer is based on the extensive experience of the hostess Grazyna Dereñ, as a cook and multiple winner of national culinary competitions, including "Our Culinary Heritage Flavors of the Regions". The innkeeper is a well-known promoter of regional culinary heritage in the Lubuskie region, as in addition to conducting culinary educational activities on her farm, she actively publishes articles in the agricultural press and makes films about regional food products of the Lubuskie region. The educational offer is based on culinary workshops and cooking and baking courses for different age groups of children, but especially adults. The educational program Culinary Workshops includes the preparation of traditional products that have been introduced by the hostess on the LPT, namely: traditional Slubice pork loin, home-made bread on sourdough, dumplings with buckwheat groats and cottage cheese, dumplings with cabbage and forest mushrooms, and liquor made from derenberries. Culinary activities offered at the farm also include traditional food processing, such as frying jams, smoking meats, pickling cucumbers or drying mushrooms and fruits. We are very pleased with the willingness to join our organization, we invite other entities , which at heart lies the development and promotion of Lubuska tourism.
