Trail name: HEINRICH GAYL TRAIL

Trail colour: YELLOW
Trail length: 2.0 KM
Route: From the Amphitheatre around Tatra Mountain

Trail description:

Start the trail from the parking lot at the Anna German Amphitheater. Go down to the foot of Tatra Mountain. Cross the basin and walk further towards the lagoon over Ochla. On your right pass the toboggan run.

Behind the power line the trail turns right and for about 200 meters it leads along a narrow forest path until you reach a water reservoir. This magnificent pond is passed by the northern side and you hike along the Pustelnik stream, which flows out of the Piastowskie Hills into the Silesian Ochla River.

Once again turn right and with a long, gentle ascent reach the slope of the Tatra Mountain going around it from the west to finally reach the basin lying at its foot again. You can continue walking as the trail has the form of a loop.

Directions/Return: You can get to the Anna German Amphitheatre by public transport.
