Lipy is located north of Gorzów Wielkopolski (20 km), within the Barlinecko-Gorzowski Landscape Park. Lipy is a small forest settlement consisting of two parts separated by 2 km. The site is located in the smaller part, where there are only 5 farms and a forester’s lodge at the edge of forest in scattered dwellings. It is distinguished by high natural and landscape values. The agritourism farm (2 cottages for up to 20 people) is located on a large mid-forest plot near Lubieszewko Lake, in the naturally rich Barlinecko-Gorzowski Landscape Park. Rooms are equipped with kitchenettes and bathrooms. They are also equipped with loungers, outdoor tables and chairs, and barbecue. Next to the cottages there is a roofed place where guests can enjoy spending time during hot weather.
The whole area is fenced. There is a playground for children, volleyball field, and parking. Guests can rent kayaks (2 two-seater) and bicycles (3 tourist ones). Just outside the farm there are attractive hiking, biking and horseback riding trails. The water in the lake and the air is very clean. It is a great place to rest for people who like to spend time actively and those who like to spend their free time in a relaxing environment. It is also a very safe place for children.
